Royhaven is a tastefully furnished, Family accommodation in a perfect location for access to all of Cowes Restaurants, Cafes and shops. Just 2 min walk from the Main Street, and 12 min walk from Cowes beach. The property has a secure garden for both children and Dogs, and the games room can also be used to garage motorbikes/a Car. The property has modern facilities, all electric cooking, a cosy wood fire and split systems. The Garden has a large undercover deck area for outdoor dining and a comfortable outdoor lounge style seating area. There is BBQ facilities on site, a good selection of DVD's, Apple TV Streaming device, and free WIFI. This is a Family orientated property and we do NOT take large group bookings of under 25 years or Schoolies bookings. We provide complementary toiletries and standard consumables such as Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Dishwash liquid, Olive oil,Condiments and Tea Towels. We offer a high standard of family accommodation. You can access everything on Phillip Island easily by car from this location. Please Note, All prices are BYO bed linen & there is a compulsory cleaning fee per booking. Linen can be provided if booked in advance via the owner. Unfortunately we are not wheelchair friendly due to the ground level of the property, and we do not supply Baby equipment, so all guests will need to bring their own, including cots/stair guards etc. PLEASE NOTE: When booking House for 2, you do not get the upstairs bedrooms/bathroom. Phillip Island is a great spot for anyone who likes the great outdoors! You can go surfing, cycling, nature walks, beach days, sight seeing, fishing. If you love nature, the Nobbies is worth a visit to see the miniature Penquins and the Seal rocks Cruise is something else!. There is often Car shows or Racing events on the Island if you are into motor sports. You can take a scenic flight over or around the Island from the Heliport, which is also a great way to see the Island, or you can hop onto one of many different boat trips. The Race track has GoKarts and a museum. There is plenty to do for all of the family. The Island has a very relaxed feel to it, the beaches are spectacular, the surf is fantastic, and the nature is everywhere!.
