Welcome to Omanu, a tropical oasis with heated swimming pool - Executive style modern home, private lookout positioned on corner block. Aircon in living areas. Luxury fit out and amenities. Shellys beach and Harrys Lookout are at the end of the street. Take off your shoes, leave all of your worries behind and simply relax. After a day at the beach and in the ocean, relax around the pool at home. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, WIFI, smart TVs. Linen and pool towels provided. THE SPACE / LAYOUT Walk into the heart of Omanu upstairs in the open plan living, dining and kitchen. Master bedroom, ensuite and bedrooms 2, 3 and main bathroom off the loungeroom upstairs. Along with an outdoor dining area on the balcony. Downstairs, a second loungeroom with a grandparents retreat in bedroom 4 with an ensuite and laundry. The backyard containing a quiet pool area and more undercover dining and BBQ.
