Location Location Location! You and your friends or family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located property. With the beach at the end of the street only 200 metres away and the centre of town a casual 5-10 minute walk. Just a short stroll to the shores of Geographe Bay, this home represents relaxed coastal living. Walk barefoot to the beach or relax at home on the patio, breathing in the fresh seaside air. This home is fantastic for families or small group getaways. The living and dining area is open plan flowing to the undercover patio. Make use of the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a coffee machine for your morning pick me up! Come together for a meal, either indoors or outside at the alfresco table in the warmer months. Keep the whole family entertained with a games room including pool table, separate TV entertaining areas, table tennis table and an outdoor basketball hoop. Walk down to the beach with the kayaks which are also available for guests to use and upon your return make use of the hot/cold outdoor shower! There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with a king bed in one and 2 king singles in each of the other two. There is also bathroom with a bath and shower and separate WC. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king sized bed and bathroom. This upper level also has a private balcony for a bit of peice and quiet. There is ample parking on the driveway which can easily accommodate a boat. With the Dunsborough boat ramp only a 5 minute drive away you could be out on the water in no time at all! The entire outside areas can be fully enclosed offering peace of mind for parents, or guests that wish to bring pets by arrangement. This home is managed by South West Holiday Properties. Dunsborough is the jewel of the South West, located on the shores of Geographe Bay. At low tide, the beach has shallow, clear waters, perfect for kids to play safely. On a nice day, you will find groups of visitors and locals alike enjoying the serene waters of the bay. Just out of town there are some secluded beaches, like Curtis Bay or Meelup. All year, visitors can enjoy hiking, biking, surfing, 4WD-ing, horse riding, cave tours, water sports, fishing, wine/beer/spirits tasting, and generally eating and drinking one's way around the area! Visit in spring for whale migration and wild flower season, or in autumn to enjoy quiet beaches and excellent surf. The Margaret River Wine Region is one of the most prestigious winemaking areas in the world. Considered a “boutique” region, production is relatively small and quality-focused. The unique microclimates and fabulous soils here mean that producers are able to make some of the world’s best Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with a host of other single varietal and blend wines. We recommend booking a locally operated winery and brewery tour bus for an unforgettable day out of excellent food and drink.
