Feel the opulent luxury lifestyle as soon as you step into this modern masterpiece with its seamless indoor, outdoor living and grand master suite. Fully fenced and private you can relax in a true getaway while lounging by the pool or taking in the many sites within minutes of this beautiful abode. Just 7min drive away is Point Cartright where you have expansive views of the Coast, Buddina Beach to let the furry friend run or stroll along Mooloolah River just 5min walk from your posh doorstep. ❖ Please note: There is a separate studio located to the right of the house. It has its own entrance and private courtyard completely separate to the house.

Neighbourhood information

The family-friendly beaches of Kawana and Buddina are just a few minutes’ drive. Stop in for a coffee at one of the nearby cafes along the beachfront before taking a dip or a stroll on the sand. If you’re traveling with pets, Buddina Beach is also dog-friendly. Point Cartwright Lighthouse is less than 10 minutes’ drive from your stay and features a lookout with stunning views of Mount Coolum and Mooloolah River, as well as the chance to spot migrating humpback whales. Pack a picnic and enjoy a bushland walk. Kawana Waters is a 10-minute walk, offering waterfront dining overlooking the Mooloolah River. Kawana Shoppingworld is just a few minutes’ drive, where you’ll find a large variety of shops, eateries and takeaway options as well as a cinema.
