The Villa is the closest property to the ocean at the dazzling Minnamurra River mouth, backing onto a hidden sandy beach across a grassy verge. Swim across the estuary to secluded Mystics Beach, walk the beach between the ocean and the National Park. Only 1.5 hours south of Sydney, tranquil Minnamurra yet a world away from the city life. From the living room, watch the tides change and the weather roll along the coast and the waves crash on rocky Rangoon Island.
