Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre is a 7 minute walk away. Each Markham Court apartment comes with a balcony or terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. This allows you to enjoy the great beach lifestyle of the area without missing home comforts. The larger, penthouse-style apartments also feature a wrap-around balcony and bath. The complex is located 5 minutes' drive from the Surfers Paradise entertainment centre, Jupiters Casino and the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Merticon Stadium is a 13-minute drive away. Theme parks, such as Sea World, Warner Bros Movie World, Dreamworld, and Wet 'n' Wild Water World, are all within a 30-minute drive away.
