    It was spacious with a large dining and living space. We also loved the underground parking. We loved having a balcony. Best of all there were plenty of little treats for us on arrival from delicious cheese to some tasty wine.

Linear Guest Apartment is located at the top end of Collins Street on the former Hobart Tepid Baths site. Located only 15 minutes walk to Salamanca Place or town centre. The apartment has been stylishly refurbished with a nod to its historic past. No expense has been spared in the fit out of this spacious apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. There is a discounted rate for 2 people, however, this rate will only give you access to the master bedroom (with King size bed) the other two bedrooms will be unavailable. Enjoy a meal or a drink outside on the large sun soaked deck. A secure car park is included with this stunning apartment.
We both live and work within 10 minutes of the apartment and can be on hand if required.
The apartment is located at the southern end of the city and within an easy 10 minute walk of well known shops and boutique stores and 15 minutes walk to Salamanca Place. The apartment is at the entrance to the Linear Park walking track which takes you all the way to Cascade Brewery. Well known cafes like Hamlet and Pigeonhole are within a short walk from the front door. There is also a local grocer which is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive away.
