Company information

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We are a family owned business who take great pride in our good old fashioned customer service and the beautiful Harvey Region we live in. We hope you enjoy relaxing and exploring the region. Our office staff will be more than happy to tell you about the area and what it has to offer. Don't forget to have a splash in the beautiful fresh blue waters of Logue Brook Dam, go for a hike or try your luck at trout fishing (freshwater license required) before enjoying your evening campfire under the stars. (please check with the office if campfires are allowed) We love having a chat to our guests about where they come from so please don't be shy... we look forward to meeting you.

Property information

Lake Brockman Tourist Park is set in the state forest overlooking the crystal blue waters of Logue Brook Dam, a recreational waterskiing dam. We have Glamping Tents, cabins and campsites throughout our 100 acre Park. You can ski, kayak, canoe, fish, go bushwalking or just relax around your campfire in the winter months. Our cafe is open for breakfast and lunch 7 days.

Neighbourhood information

Nearby you will find local vineyards, a micro brewery, cheese factory with gin tastings and the beautiful scenery of the very Industrious Harvey Region. We are famous for our beef, milk and orange juice. The town of Harvey is home to about 3000 residents. One of the town's main attractions is Stirling Cottage which was originally built on the banks of the Harvey River by the first Governor of WA, Governor Stirling. The cottage was lived in by many pioneering farming families, but most famously was the home of May Gibbs, author of beloved children's book Snugglepot & Cuddlepie. Top things to do in Harvey 1. Emerge yourself in the crystal clear bright blue waters of Logue Brook Dam (we are a bit biased with this one) 2. Find out where May Gibbs found her inspiration for her books by enjoying a walk through the jarrah forests surrounding the town. 3. Enjoy looking for mother nature's gems during Wildflower Season (spring) 4. Pack a picnic and head for Logue Brook Dam or Harvey Dam 5. Go trout fishing in Logue Brook Dam or Harvey Dam (fresh water fishing license required) 6. Visit one of Australia's Big Things. We have The Big Orange, set in the middle of an orange orchard. 7. Sample the range of award winning cheese at Ha Ve Cheese. 8. Enjoy lunch or dinner at Brugan Brewery, be sure to try our renowned Harvey Beef. 9. Taste the best local wines with a "wine flight" at GeoVino 10. Visit the Internment Camp Memorial Shrine where all Italian migrants were interned during the Second World War.
