Modern, fresh & beautifully furnished, you'll feel like you're on your very own yacht as you watch the dolphins swim by from the beautiful open living/dining area. Sit back, relax and enjoy this unique space!
This apartment is in a fantastic position, suiting guests who partake in local activities such as: Golfers playing at the Championship 27 Hole Catalina Club (5 mins walk), divers and fishermen launching from the marina (5 mins walk), shopping in the Town Centre (less than 5 min drive), local sports grounds (less than 5 minute drive), Restaurants 5-10 mins walk.
