For any stay over 7 nights we require an extra clean and change of linen. This will be done in the middle of your stay. The costs will be AUD 100 for our 1 bedroom apartment and AUD 165 for our 3 bedroom apartment.

Please note the property charges an additional AUD 30 cleaning fee for the one bedroom apartment and an additional AUD 50 cleaning fee for the three bedroom apartment, over the Xmas and New Year period

Cars and parking: 1 bedroom apartments – 1 car per apartment only. 3 bedroom apartment – 2 cars per apartment maximum. Any other cars must park on the street.

Please note that an AUD 40 supplement will be charged for shedding dogs, on top of the cleaning fee.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to AUD 350 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
