A truly unique tropical holiday home situated in 5 acres of landscaped gardens with 200 metres of secluded beachfront. Cottonwood affords a truly remarkable experience for guests just 10 minutes drive from Port Douglas. Enjoy the privacy, the gardens, walk the elevated walkways through the tree tops and alternate between the beach and large pool before dinner on the terrace. All to the peaceful background humm of waves washing up to the bay. The unique A-Frame dwelling offers 3 bedrooms (1 x king, 1 x queen & 1 x bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped & well stocked kitchen, laundry and a large living area opening up onto an expansive deck with outdoor dining, sunlounges and uninterrupted breathtaking ocean views. The property also offers a large saltwater swimming pool and private (floodlit) tennis court with basketball ring. Pool toys, fishing rods and tennis equipment are provided for guest's use.

Be it Hartley's Crocodile Adventures at Wangetti, Port Douglas with its fantastic array of wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants, the Hinterlands behind the coast, the Daintree where the rainforest meets the reef and the Atherton Tablelands and surrounds - the list is just about endless!
