Brand new house with amazing ocean & beach views. Walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, Surf & Kendalls beaches. With spacious interiors flowing over 2 levels, separate living & dining, 3 spacious bedrooms - main with ensuite & private balcony with ocean vistas. Executive kitchen with stone bench tops & high-quality appliances. Enjoy meals on the large alfresco balcony offering sweeping ocean views or the private rear courtyard. Suited for large or multiple families/friend groups. Pet friendly!
