Dee, Nichole & Sarah make up Swell Stays, a holiday home company in the Margaret River Region. We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in Margaret River, Prevelly and Gracetown. We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are "Living the dream Down South". We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids! We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests. Welcome to Bo'Vine Holiday Apartment! A fully furnished, spacious and well appointed 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the Margaret River Region. Perfect for a Romantic Getaway! The space Bo'vine Holiday Apartment is a modern fully furnished 1st floor apartment offering a relaxing haven to come home to after a full day exploring the Margaret River wine region. Nestled in the quaint town of Cowaramup (with the Candy Cow, Miller’s Icecream and the Cowaramup Brewery close by) you can explore the rugged coastline and beautiful beaches of our South West. Perfect location for the Gourmet Escape, Leeuwin Concerts and the many adventure races. Cowaramup is a gorgeous country town -busy by day, sleepy by night. The Apartment is on the first floor with parking at the rear of the building. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. There is one undercover parking bay at the rear of the building. Other things to note The apartment is on the first floor, in a complex of 4 apartments. It sits directly above the Cowaramup Bakery.
