This centally located 3 bedroom unit has just had a great makeover. Bright, modern, and superbly located, this sun-filled unit has been beautifully refreshed with new paint, stylish floor tiles, and expansive sliding doors to showcase stunning views. Enjoy a brand-new kitchen with electric appliances, a sleek bathroom, and the bonus of a second bathroom for added convenience. Just a short walk to Cowes front beach and the town’s buzzing shopping and dining precinct, this property offers the ideal coastal escape. Rinse off the day’s sand in the convenient downstairs shower before settling in. Inside, unwind with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, new sofas, and bar stools. All three bedrooms are upstairs, including a master with its own balcony and water views. The main bathroom is also located on this level. Fire up the electric BBQ on a warm summer evening via the sliding doors leading out from the kitchen. Free parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, and Foxtel included. *Please note: pets are not permitted. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage.
