Fantastic Family Beach House, Fenced Yard, Pet Friendly The spacious, open plan living and dining area is overlooked by a huge kitchen with plenty of cupboard and bench space as well as room for an island bench in the middle. The master bedroom has an ensuite whilst bedrooms two and three are separated by a handy, two-way bathroom with double vanity. Enjoy hanging out and relaxing outside with a huge, covered space including a gas bbq as well as an inground spa. Sleeps eight in four x queen size beds. - Please note, no garage access to guests. Please Note: This property is located in a quiet and relaxing residential area. Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers. Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description.
