Picture this, you and you extended family enjoying the long summer days playing on the sand and in the water right outside the front door. In winter time this ground floor apartment is also perfect for enjoying the afternoon sunshine as you look across the bay to the heads. 'The Pelicans' is suitable for either groups of friends wanting to get away to a hidden beach escape or for families with younger children wanting that holiday where you park your car and everyone will be happy. You can walk down the street and grab your morning paper and coffee or head to Soldiers Point Marina for a perfect evening meal. Beautifully furnished and large open plan air conditioned living area opens out on the alfresco dining with absolutely stunning water views, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.  The main bedroom has an ensuite and all bedrooms have the comforts of ceiling fans and the main bathroom has the bonus of a standard size bath.  There are stairs down to the unit from the carpark, once you are in the unit you are right on the waterfront omn ground level. Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
