This beautiful weatherboard home is ideally positioned on the eastern side of town with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Nambucca Heads. Shops, cafes, clubs, schools and the CBD area are all close by.
Upon entering the property you are greeted by the large front porch, perfect for enjoying the cool sea breeze on a sunny afternoon.
