This is a wonderful apartment located one street back from the popular waterfront dining along Belconnen’s foreshore. The unit’s biggest draw is its expansive balcony with barbecue, lounge seating and panoramic vistas of Lake Ginninderra. It also has open-plan living and dining rooms with lake views, along with a well-equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower bath.
