Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sonnigen Lage. Die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, und man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Altstadt (NW), am Schloß Freundsberg (S) das drohnend über Schwaz steht und wo das Naherholungsgebiet für die Schwazer beginnt (Sparzier- und Wanderwege) Nach einer kleinen Engstelle scharf nach links liegt die Einfahrt zum Haus. Der PKW Parkplatz steht entlang der betonierten Grenzmauer für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung.
