Andrea 7 is a spacious recently refurbished apartment, offering 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for up to 5 persons available. How this apartment is laid out: Bedroom 1 consists of a large double bed Bedroom 2 consists of a large double bed with a bunk bed cleverly arranged above There is a separate bathroom, which can be used for both bedrooms. An open kitchen with all necessary facilities and a comfortable dining area create cosy evenings. On the large balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view after a day full of activity. The apartment has underfloor heating which makes it warm and comfortable in the winter season. This apartment has been renovated in 2023. Free access to a Spa and Pool allow further fun and relaxation throughout the day. This apartment has one reserved underground car parking space. The ski/bike storage is located in the basement and in Haus Isabella you will find our fitness room. Ideal for families! Central located to all important attractions, to the Gondola and the village centre with shopping facilities you can both reach in only 5 minutes! All flats in the Schönblick Mountain Resort SMR Rauris Apartments & SPA are privately owned and therefore particularly well equipped and very family-friendly. They are characterised by their excellent location.
