The appartment is in the centre, close to National Opera House. Northern avenue, National Opera, famous Cascades are at walkable distance. Hope you will enjoy your stay. Appartment is bright and sunny, it has one bedroom with king size bed and a sofa Bed in the living room, 4 people can be accommodated, 2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults. You can do self check in, the master key locker code will be provided upon your arrival. Appartment has been recently renovated and has great location to explore city.

Many shops and restaurant like Noyan, Achajur are just at walking distance. Noyan restaurant, SAS and Elak supermarket are at 1 minute walk. Tumanyan-Parpetci, Parpetci-Pushkin, Parpetci-Mashtots crossroads all are near.
