The apartment is a new build with all new facilities. It has two bedrooms and a seperate living arrea with kitchen. The bathroom is seperate. It has a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and if needed a sofa bed in the lounge. It also has 3 balconies, two where you can sit and relax.
The apartment is within walking distance to the beach and to the main road. The main road runs parallel to the seafront. In the surrounding area are many shops, restaursants, cafes and bars. The town of Sarande is a 15 minute walk where there are more shops and interesting streets to walk around. Also, not far is the UNESCO heritage site of Butrint and the popular holiday destination of Ksamil.
