Property is set only 100 meters walking from the beach. The apartment has views from the sea and hills. It has a Living room that has a full equipment kitchen with everything that you need for cooking. Bedroom sea view with a big wardrobe, Private Bathroom with everything you need also a washing machine and Balcony Sea View with a table and chairs. Free Parking, Wireless, Smart TV, International Channels, Air Condition, Hair Dryer, Iron... It is a quiet place and easy for parking, and there are many Markets, Bar Coffee, Restaurants, Beach Bars in only 100 meters area. So we think that these things makes unique the apartments, Looking forward to welcoming you!

Neighbors are very polite and quiet. There are many different markets, bar coffees ,restaurants and shops in 100 meters area. Rock of Kavajë and Fortress of Bashtovë are interesting places that you can visit for free
