Our property is located an 8 minute walk from the beach and each apartment has a garden and a small private terrace. Each apartment has free private parking for small cars (no station wagons) and is equipped with air conditioning and free WIFI connection available throughout the property. Furthermore, in the apartment there is a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The stay includes sheets and towels.
We are a team specialized in Property Management, particularly in the management of vacation homes in Albania. Today's tourists are constantly looking for new places to spend summer holidays and weekdays, in relaxation and at affordable prices. With the advent of new applications, it is easier to travel to Europe. Albania is an excellent destination for investing in the real estate market by putting to income your properties, thanks to the mild climate, which offers beautiful sunny days all year round.
One of the most beautiful districts of Vlore, located by the sea. In the neighborhood you will find pharmacies, grocery stores with local products and restaurants with traditional cuisine. Sought after by tourists for the famous Plazhi i Vjeter. On the beach you will find famous clubs: suitable for families or groups of friends. The neighborhood much sought after by tourists who want to spend their holidays in Albania. Tourists from all over Europe stop here to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the bay every day.
