Our new apartments are located 500 meters from Ksamil beach, which can be easily reached in 10 minutes on foot. A 15-minute drive from Saranda and a 10-minute drive from the Butrint amphitheater. At 200 meters there are also minimarkets and bars. Our apartments both have a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and 1 terrace. In the kitchen there is everything you need, plates, glasses, forks etc. We also offer a kettle for water and tea. All rooms have WI-FI, air conditioning, towels, shampoo. At 200 meters we also have the medical center

Neighborhood info

Neighbourhood is really nice and fancy with many facilities such as: Internet cafe, a market next to the villa, a park in front of the apartments and many more
