The newly constructed ARACO 3000 Apartments accommodate 5 people and feature an American-style kitchen equipped with everything needed for a mountain vacation, a full bathroom, and a living room with television. The apartments are configured as follows: Apartments 2/4 with terrace: These have one double bedroom (with a double bed or twin beds) and a double sofa bed in the dining room, kitchen, and a bathroom equipped with a shower tray. Apartment 2/5 with terrace: These have one double bedroom (with a double bed or twin beds) and a double sofa bed in the dining room + an additional single sofa bed or a single bed, kitchen, and a bathroom equipped with a shower tray. Apartments 2/4 people: These include one double bedroom (with a double bed or twin beds) and a double sofa bed in the dining-living area, kitchen, and bathroom. Some of these apartments also have a terrace. Apartments 2/5 people: These feature one double bedroom (with a double bed or twin beds), a double sofa bed, and another single sofa bed in the dining-living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, ceramic hob, coffee maker, and utensils. Additionally, bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. A small cleaning kit is also included for the first few days.

ARACO 3000 Apartments are located in Pas de la Casa, at an altitude of about 2,000 meters and 300 meters from the ski lifts of the Grandvalira ski station. A new building, constructed in 2010 and recently furnished, is just 600 meters from the lifts providing access to the Pas de Casa sector, connecting with the neighboring Grau Roig sector, and allowing visitors to explore the entire Grandvalira ski area (210 km). Furthermore, they are 600 meters from amenities such as supermarkets, medical centers, and pharmacies.
