Town it is the town but i do recommend getting your own motorbike since it is down nasigdan road. The host was the best! she accommodated me with everything i needed and was very welcoming. It's hard to explain, it's not a star hotel but, I loved it and continue to love it. A few minutes walk from Napcan and Twin Beach here you will find three special guys who will fill you with good advice and give you part of their relaxation. An addition, if you have the chance, try their typical Filipino dinner....mouth-watering.

The volunteers were super friendly and kept arranging fun hostel outings and activities that made it effortless to meet other travelers and feel at home right away. The hammocks look straight out over the water, and being steps from the beach meant an easy, peaceful swim any time of day. Kayaks are available to paddle to nearby islands, which was a memorable little adventure between chill sessions. The music—played by the local volunteers and on most of the time—set a calm, laid‑back vibe that made the whole place feel incredibly soothing. The food was tasty and fairly priced, so eating in never felt expensive and the portions hit the spot. Overall, OIA is that rare mix of community, comfort, and breathtaking views that makes leaving hard—highly recommend.

Outpost Beach Hostel features a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in El Nido. This was by far our favorite hostel experience! The location right at the beach is great, although far from town. But this is the place to be, you don't need to go to town every night. Otherwise it's just a 10 minute ride. The staff is amazing, very open and pro-active with guests. Make sure to not miss out on their island tours with great guides and amazing people. While the hostel is very social and there's usually parties in the evening, it's quiet time at 11 and the rooms are well separated from the loud common area. The kitchen is good, especially the jalapeno smash burger is 10/10, we ordered it at least 5 times. They have a nice payment concept with their Outpost card, you can use it to buy drinks, food and tours and pay the bill at checkout.
