The room was not so big but very cosy. The personnel is open and ready to help in every minute. The lounge zone with big clean windows with a perfect view to the Mt Cook.

The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly, but what stood out the most was the staff. I’d like to give a special thanks to Diego, who was always kind and helpful throughout my stay. He truly made my time at Haka House much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Easy self check in was appreciated when arriving late at night. The accommodation is well provisioned in terms of communal areas, i.e. kitchen, lounge, bathrooms. Our room was large, warm and even had a couple of couches. External access also a bonus.
