The owner has some businesses downstairs, selling beauty products and local products. Everything was so nice and clean. While the host didn't speak EN, and check in went a bit fast and could be perceived as overwhelming, she would be there to help where needed. Translators apps are useful. I would definitely stay here again and I can recommend trying out the herbal tent for 2500 yen! Please also add your review to Google Maps as this place deserves some reviews there too.
