They were very helpful with signposting to relevant locations such some of the best food spots and how to get to the snow monkey park. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone.

There are large sofas and a big TV in the lounge area, making it a perfect place to kick back and relax after spending a day on the ski slopes or hiking the trails. Rooms is very good and comfortable.

Very kind people all around, staff was very helpful and I felt right at home. Firsr time sleeping on a Futon, and although I was apprehensive at first, it was great for sleeping.
