This is a hostel directly located on a beautiful beach about 15km from the historic centre of Santa Marta and approximately half way between the airport and downtown Santa Marta. My room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, efficient fan and excellent bathroom facilities. The hostel was quiet at night so I always had a good night’s sleep. The staff at the hostel was courteous and helpful and some were English speaking. The hostel included a casual beach front restaurant that served excellent meals that were fresh and delicious and included several vegetarian options. I would definitely stay here again when in the Santa Marta area.

Mosquito nets were new and the room was very clean. We also found it helpful having parking inside the park, for our rental car (it meant we could enter the park later than the masses and drive flexibly to the parking lot at the trailhead early the next morning). I would highly recommend staying here!
