The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and the scooter we rented was new and in good condition which gave us a good ride to the Bang Gioc waterfall. Bus tickets directly from Cao Bằng to Ha Long were not easy to book online, but the young hostess managed to find a limousine to Ha Long for us at a good price. Highly recommended 👍😄
