I booked a single bed room, the room is bit compact but tidy and clean, everything needed is equipped, spent a lovely night there. Just cross the road there is a McDonald’s , can grab sth if you got a late check in.

Very unique and interesting property. I really enjoyed the history of being a real jail in the past and the whole “prisoner theme”

We paid $60 for a double room so we didn't expect a lot. There was a heater in the room which we appreciated. The location is very central and parking was available on the property. The shared bathroom was surprisingly clean but a bit small.

The staff and service was superb. It is a family run place and the man who checked us in treated us like family. Welcome us to church in early, made coffee and breakfast for us, personally showed us around and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Really impressed with this hostel! I was upgraded from an 8-bed dorm to a 2-bed dorm, which was small but great to have fewer people. Comfy beds with curtains, individual lights, and chargers by the bed, plus lockers for luggage. They have two kitchens which are well equipped and have everything you need, plus a cozy lounge. Great location for exploring the city, would definitely stay here again! :)
