Honestly, I had a reservation for accommodation at Coal Miner's Cabins, but they moved my reservation to Radisson Blu Polar Hotel, which turned out to be even better for me. I cannot rate Coal Miner's Cabins, but Radisson Blu Polar Hotel was top-notch, and I was pleased with absolutely everything. I had initially booked a stay at Coal Miner's Cabins, but due to unforeseen circumstances, my reservation was relocated to Radisson Blu Polar Hotel. This change turned out to be a delightful surprise. The Radisson Blu Polar Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, making my stay in Svalbard an exceptional experience. The service at Radisson Blu Polar Hotel was outstanding. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. Check-in was smooth, and I felt genuinely welcomed. The room I was allocated was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was truly remarkable. I especially appreciated the beautiful view from my window, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The hotel's dining options were also exceptional.
