the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. There were pleanty of cleaning staff who did an amazing job> the patio on the roof is delightfully arranged. The hostel is quiet and well maintianed. The common room had ample work spaces for working with guests lap top computers. common seating areas where well provided for. The kitchen is well supplied, along with indicidual locks for storing personal items. the hostel loaned me a small lock to secure the locker (an extra feature I hadn't planned on bringing). The location is very centrally located, and many restuarnats and stores are nearby, along with other tourist attractions. It is located on a street that has a lot of police presents....it is a very safe area....located 2 blocks from the zocalo. It's a great price for the value.

The hostel is located in a very convenient spot, very close to the city center on foot, and also near various metro stations. It has all the necessary fixings that make your stay comfortable, like power sockets and individual light near the bed, curtains, lockers under the bed, drinking water, hot water in the showers, a well equipped kitchen, a big terrace, etc. Everything is new and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet very close to the Alameda and the city center. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

excellent place!!! i stayed in Mexico city few times and every time i checked availability in this hostel, it's my really favourite place ! great wifi, cool location , many small narrow streets around with small shops, very clean, kitchen with a great equipment, spacy rooms, nice roof top to have a morning coffee! i simply love it, especially for that price.
