We were just transiting from Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan and our halt in Shymkent was just for a few hours, even after confusion in booking, the reception staff gave us an option to stay with our luggage and provided space for resting. The bedspace is clean and neat. A common kitchen and living area. Also, the place is close to the main street and cafes.

Everything was perfect almost the standard of a hotel (bathroom, towels, etc) Sparkling clean, huge common space to hangout, speaking English staff really helpful about how to commute , what to see and do in the city.
