5 mins from the coach station . Staff were switched on and room was ready . They even send a WhatsApp to checkk on arrival and I could answer that , in real time .for my arrival . Kitchen was clean , no noise at night , bathroom spotless . Highly recommend if your a budget traveller going to Manchester, UK

Very welcome at first sight . For what you pay for is excellent. Beds are all freshly prepared. Also very comfortable. There's always a good decorum around. This is somewhere I would definitely book again. The host is very considering to people's need and follows though. Much appreciated and respect
