One of the best hostels I've stayed at. It's right next to the bus terminal. The facilities are new. The breakfast with local products is great. The view from the room towards Saas-Fee and the mountain is a dream. The indoor pool was included in the price and it was a great pleasure to go for a swim. It's not very cheap for a bed in hostel but having in mind that breakfast and pool are included in the price plus that it's situated in a famous ski resort, I think that the price is fair. I'll definitely consider this hostel again should I plan a trip to Saas-Fee.

A very old and charming Swiss mountain house set in a picturesque village with bars and restaurants. A wonderful breakfast menu, free coffee/tea. Fresh bread and local honey. Good beds, great views and wonderful hosts.

World-famous Matterhorn Mountain can be viewed from Youth Hostel Zermatt. Ski lifts as well as Zermatt city centre are a 10-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas.

The staff just great, it's clean, we paid for 2 beds with shared bathroom they offered us a 4 beds with a private bathroom with no extra charge. The view at night or in the morning is amazing, we liked the breakfast and the staff of the kitchen are very kind people, and Iliked their rules. I highly recommend it.

This is probably the best place I've ever stayed at, especially for such a good price! The interior feels like a cozy cabin, the kitchen area is well stocked, everything is very clean. The wifi is a bit spotty, but at that altitude, I was happy to have wifi at all! Cell phone reception is very good around the area. Another reviewer mentioned that the location tag on Booking.com is inaccurate, but I think that has been fixed as it seemed to match up on my phone. Someone else also mentioned that it's a bit of a long walk downhill when you arrive - this is only applicable if you're driving. I highly recommend taking the cable car, as it's beautiful and the Gruppenhaus is a 1-2 minute walk away. The trails are fantastic. I spent 3 nights here, and I wish I could have stayed even longer! HIGHLY recommend.
