Everything was excellent! It is my first time in hostel and it was wonderful! I was lucky to book a place in the women only room, the staff at the reception were super friendly and told everything I need to know. Girls with whom I stayed were great. Washrooms and showers are clean and well maintained, so everything was good. Kitchen is awesome- you have everything you need but shared, still it is very convenient.

This was our first time staying in a hostel and we were so pleasantly surprised with our experience. The Cambie is situated only a short walk to Gas Town, Waterfront and transport. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom was clean. The room was very quiet despite a pub being attached to the building. There are restaurants and cafes close by. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
