Young man from the family-owned hostel helped us navigate the narrow streets. Wonderful views of the old city and castle from our bedroom, and even better panoramic views from the terrace and roof. Great breakfast and helpful owner who spoke English.

I loved this place. It is situated in the middle of the historical center. Everything it s well taken care of and very clean. The rooms are in a good condition and the bathrooms are very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

"A wonderful stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. It's located very close to the city center, yet in a quiet neighborhood that offers peace and relaxation. The large balconies and the terrace with sea view were absolutely amazing! The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped – perfect even for longer stays. This is a very well thought and lovely hostel. The interior is beautiful with so much attention to detail. The long breakfast table is a nice touch to get people together and the breakfast was very nice with different home made cake every morning! The facilities were surprisingly clean considering this is a hostel. Location is perfect! Cherry on top of the cake was the city tour by the owner of the hostel. If it's on while you are there, (he doesn't do it every day) don't miss it!!! This is not a typical city tour; but it was one of the most interesting and engaging city tours I ever had. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Girocaster.
