I love everything about the property, very close to the village where you can find supermarket, restaurants, and any other kind of tour that I was looking for. 1min walking to the beach , not packed beach and with very chilled vibes, perfect for couples and families. The rooms are beautiful and comfortables, details oriented. Pool just for us anytime we wanted , and the fact that they don’t do the cleaning everyday for the climate impact we found it very ecological and nice, something that we appreciate.

Olivia and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel completely at home. The village is small but charming, with a beautiful beach and a few cozy restaurants. Mama Root offers breakfast, and upon request, serves delicious lunch and dinner. While there isn’t a 24/7 kitchen, food and drinks are always within easy reach at the nearby beach spots. What really sets this place apart is the incredibly kind and attentive staff — everyone we met was warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. The manager was especially thoughtful and engaged, making sure everything ran smoothly and that guests felt truly looked after. The hotel also has a fantastic beachside bar and restaurant just a short stroll away — perfect for enjoying a meal or drink with a view of the ocean and your feet in the sand. The food was absolutely delicious — the tuna tartare, in particular, was unforgettable!

The location of the hotel is exceptional - right on Bwejuu beach which is quieter than neighbouring Paje. Paje is within easy reach along the beach or by taxi or tuktuk if you need to shop or us and ATM.
