The guest house features family rooms. To reiterate what I had read in some reviews for this place, this guesthouse is a hidden gem! My friend and I loved our room. It had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The shower had warm water, which is not always a given. The outdoor space has chairs and hammocks in the shade to hang out. EncantaLuna is away from the noisy center, and is still a short walk to reach "downtown" and the main beach. For the price you pay, EncantaLuna is a no-brainer. The owners, Erika and Luca, were really wonderful, easily reachable, communicative, and always willing to help and give recommendations. They have a wiener dog, Marvin, who is also adorable. :) Would definitely stay there again!

The guest house offers garden views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. This was an excellent stay! The room was clean, it had AC, every room had its own wifi, secure parking, and a kitchenette location so we could keep cold drinks. Our hosts were incredible...we had an issue with our rental car and Carlos helped with communication to a mechanic and even drove us into town while we waited. I could not recommend Casa Coral more while visiting Bacalar.

He gave us awesome suggestions for restaurants and always took time to chat with us and check in about our stay. The guesthouse is small with just 6 rooms and is built so that you feel like you are staying in a tropical tree house. The rooms are clean, beautiful, and romantic! We loved the little pool on the roof; perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. We had the best time!

Tu Casa en el Caribe is the perfect place to spend time in Cancun but far away from the resorts, in a quiet and safe neighborhood with it's public beach Playa del Ninos. The host contacted me in advance, waited for my arrival late in the evening and was always approachable for questions. Also coffee and fresh home-made banana bread were offered for breakfast. I had a great time there.
