Rooms are to a very very high standard - spacious room, plenty of space to store luggage, solid desk/chair, beautiful balcony with comfortable chairs and stunning sea & sunset views, large four poster bed with clean linen and comfortable, good AC. Overall the room is just high spec with high quality materials and furniture used. Bathroom too was to the same high standard - stone floor, large sink and mirror, good shower with hot water if desired. Cannot fault the room at all. Staff all super friendly and smiling all the time. Breakfast, Sri lankan or western, was very good too. I had sri lankan each day which was always delicious. Free purified water on tap in the communal area. You can walk into Mirissa around 15 mins along a busy ish road, or grab a tuk, there's plenty of them. Best stay I had in 3 weeks, and very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again travelling solo or with a partner.

This place is so special and you can see the love and care that went into this villa. Our room was spacious and looking out to the ocean. The beach is just a few steps away from the bedroom constertina doors that open completely. I loved the botique shop on the property with beautiful designer clothes. Lovely hosts and a really comfortable stay! There is also a beach nearby where you can swim with turtles!

The whole team made out stay incredible and unforgettable, the varied so much about us almost every moment we stepped out of the room. Mr and Mrs Dias are always in the hotel, approachable if you need something. The hotel has a great security, it is not easy for strangers to come in. Also it is located on the Main Street it is very quiet and we slept well. The beach and some good restaurants are just couple minutes walk. The room was clean with everything you need, comfortable beds, hot shower with very good water pressure. Breakfast was very good with small compliments from the chef. We really enjoyed the place and would love to come back to this particular hotel next time we visit Sri Lanka.
