But what makes this place stand out is the staff: they are all very friendly and helpful, but Keota at the reception was an absolute star, she helped us arrange transportation and daytrips, and even managed to get us the elusive tickets for the high-speed train to Vientiane - nothing was too much trouble, and she did everything with a smile.
