Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Room was massive for one person. Fantastic view of the pagoda (but the main tori gate was not visible). Location is located slightly uphill but still close to the main shopping street and the shrine. The room shares the bathroom and shower with everyone else, but has its own sink so it's more convenient. The shared bathrooms were clean, and there's a shared bath that people can reserve.

For how cheap it was, this was one of the better stays me and my friend had during our first trip to Japan. We stayed here overnight while cycling the Shimanami Kaido, and it was a perfect place to unwind after being on a bike for several hours. The person running the place was very friendly, and was very helpful with telling us about the surrounding area. If I ever came back to Ikuchijima, I would pick this as my first place to stay again.

Très original: chambre à l’étage , sanitaires et sdb au rez. Très bon accueil , quelques mots de français, très serviable. Très bon petit déjeuner.

L’établissement ゲストハウス尾道ポポー Guesthouse Onomichi Pawpaw se trouve à Onomichi, à 1 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine. Everything was absolutely amazing, and especially the service. The owner is so kind and helpful. He helped us out so much and even drove us to the ferry. If you are ever in Onomichi don’t hesitate to book this place, the kindness and hospitality of the owner alone is enough to make the stay worthwhile.

L’établissement Guest house kusunoki（women only） se trouve à Fukuyama, à 8,4 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Shinsho-ji Temple. Guesthouse Kusunoki was wonderful. The guesthouse was quaint, artistic, and impeccably clean. The owner, Katsumori san, is kind and very detail-oriented, and you can tell that he puts his heart and soul into running this guesthouse. I loved my stay here, it was the highlight of my trip.

We loved staying in an older traditional style Japanese home and experiencing sleeping on the tatami floor. The room was very spacious and the owners were kind and lovely people! The location was on the opposite end of the shopping street from the train station so lots of opportunity to see the town. We loved this stay!

La propriétaire est super accueillante ,très humaine et très à l'écoute des besoins de ses locataires. Elle est très sympathique. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. Il y a un cadre magnifique avec vue sur la mer. La propriétaire a dans son jardin un mouton et 3 chats et un chien. On peut voir une vue magnifique du roof top sur les îles

L’établissement Onomichi Guest House Miharashi-tei se situe à Onomichi, à quelques pas de ce lieu d’intérêt : Temple Senkoji. Il propose un bar et offre une vue sur la ville. View is incredible . You can watch sunrise from your bed. Owner is nice and good English speaking.

L’établissement 88 House Hiroshima se situe à Hiroshima, à 5 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Aeon Mall Hiroshima-Fuchu. Il possède un jardin, un salon commun, une terrasse et un parking privé gratuit. Super ambiance, personnel très disponible et sympa, également un peu loin du centre (accessibilité uniquement en bus) mais plutôt facile à faire et grande chambre pour le Japon avec ambiance nature autour. On a vraiment apprécié !

L’établissement guest house DEER MIYAJIMA se situe à Hatsukaichi, à respectivement 300 mètres et 400 mètres de ces lieux d’intérêt : Temple Daishō-in et Sanctuaire d'Itsukushima. Lovely guest house with 8 separate bedrooms and communal kitchen/bathroom. I was the only one staying there for two nights so it was lovely and quiet. The owner (Yummy I think) was very sweet and accommodating when she popped in and when I saw her on the street at check out. Simple and effective place to stay.
