The folks running the place clearly care about their guests and are very caring and kind. They provide tons of information about Hakata Island, and have curated a restaurant and map of where you can go for food since there isn’t too much on the island. We felt so cared for and looked after when we arrived after cycling for 4 hours in the pouring rain. Thank you so much for your kindness and we would happily return just to say hi and have more jams!

All the amenities were spot on, and even the shared bathroom was really clean. Koji was super helpful too. The island is beautiful and really well set up for tourists had an awesome time!

We went biking and stopped for the night here,about half way. Good location,directly next to the biking path,few biking minutes to the next store. Nicely modernised old house with charm,not too many room so it was a nice atmosphere amongst the guests. Our room was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and there was a free washing machine and dryer.Staff speak little English but are very well prepared (written explanation cards) and super friendly! Thanks a lot! Totally recommend!

I was very positively surprised with the easy communication we had via message and in person. I ended up by getting the dinner and breakfast (there is not much around) and the food was great and explained to me in detail. I was able to comfortably rest and recover form the bike tour.

We were lucky enough to spent a wonderful time with our host, who speaks english very well. She was very friendly and had enough time for us to show us all the amenities and our wonderful room. Use your time to look at her art and what she sells of it, she is very talented, we've got wonderful pieces that will always remind us of our time there.
