The view was absolutely stunning, nestled between the sea and the mountains. The room was very spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. A special mention goes to the incredible hosts, Maria and Rojan, who made us feel completely at home. Maria took such great care of us throughout our stay: she was always making sure we were comfortable, checking in on us, and ensuring that nothing was missing. We had many lovely conversations with her, and her kindness truly touched us. She even gave me the key to another room for several days so I could take a hot shower, as our room didn’t include hot water. She also made sure we ate well by recommending great nearby restaurants. Rojan was also amazing, she lent us her scooter to go to a restaurant, but since we didn’t know how to drive, she kindly took us there herself and even came back to pick us up. This was truly an amazing stay thanks to Maria and Rojan, we felt so well taken care of throughout our time there. I have traveled to so many countries and stayed in countless hotels, but I have never felt this great with any hosts before. I feel truly grateful to have met them!

Such a loving and caring family. The room was very fresh and new with a very powerful ceiling fan to cool the place off. Being in the middle of a rice field was a very unique experience. It was very quiet and peaceful. Egi and Ika were so kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Ika's cooking was exceptional. They sure fed us well! The kids were so sweet and fun to play with. We had a blast singing along with Egi while he played his guitar, he is so talented and so it was so nice to end the night that way. The tour options were great and we loved the bamboo spot. We were able to schedule a ride to Bangsal with Egi. Thank you for being our home away from home and filling our hearts up on our trip. You guys are the best and we love you so much.

Nip and Awan, along with their lovely family, were lovely hosts and the homemade food was delicious. Nip and Molls took us in the most amazing trek across paddy fields, down through jungle, across rivers and up to Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls, as well as showing us and explaining about traditional villages and taking us to an ancient mosque. Nip was really knowledgeable about everything from agriculture, plants, traditions and history and we would highly recommend taking her up on her offering of this opportunity. We will definitely be back if we’re ever in Lombok again. We didn’t do the Mont Rinjani trek this time but you always have to leave something to come back to do, right?! Semporonan Waterfall is 11 km from the homestay and Benang Kelambu Waterfall is 18 km away. Beautiful location and room with comfortable bed. Incredible views all around. The staff are kind and welcoming. Very helpful and personally took me around to all of the sights. I only had 2 nights but could easily spend more time here as there is a lot to see. And also it is very nice just to relax in the gorgeous surroundings. Peaceful and quiet. I ate every meal at the restaurant and was very happy with the good quality local food. I highly recommend and will definitely return.
