I had issued with a ticket I purchased online and they went out of the way to help me even tough it had nothing to do with my stay. You are close to everything but it is quiet. We especially enjoyed our private patio space nestled in the flowers and trees where we could sit and read and eat our included breakfast. The swimming pool was wonderful to cool off during the heat of the day. We were treated like family. Excellent location for us, close to the beach and many restaurants.
