We were helped with our luggage to the third floor, and it felt like we were given one of the best rooms, with a stunning view of the mountains. The room was spacious, beautifully renovated, with elegant furniture and thoughtful design—it was clear a lot of care went into creating such a comfortable space. Everything was spotless, fresh, and bright, from the bedroom to the bathroom. We also ate at the taverna that belongs to the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious. The owner is such a kind, helpful person—he gave us great advice on routes and places to visit, and it was truly a pleasure to meet him. We loved everything about our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave.

The property is less than 1 km from Koum Kapi Beach, and within 100 metres of the city centre. We stayed at Cretan Berry Sarpaki for 5 nights and found it to be very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also close enough to the town to easily see the sights but located on a quiet street. The bed and bedding are lovely. The customer service was great and communication very quick. We were able to organise to store our bags at reception after check out on our last day and Georgia also organised us an airport transfer for 32€ which made our final day hassle-free.

Everything.. spotless apartment So convenient for beach and old town. Air conditioning and also a washing machine which was a huge bonus as had been travelling for 14 days prior. The owner was so very helpful and kind and let us keep luggage and use room until later as had a late flight. Would highly recommend and definitely go back if visiting Chania again.

The property was absolutely clean- not to mention it has the perfect location on the old town street. Surprisingly, it was very quite at night although being on a popular street. The host was very very nice. She was making sure our stay was great after a first night. Also she offered us to borrow the umbrella from her when rain poured suddenly. Overall I want to give 11 out of 10 to this place.

In detail: the street on which the location is located is like the most beautiful street in Chania:X
