The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and comfortable. The Deluxe King room and bathroom were very nice and spacious and was available as I arrived early which was really nice. And the included Scottish breakfast at the nearby restaurant was good.

Service at both reception and breakfast was flawless: warm, friendly, and always with a smile. Breakfast itself was fantastic, with a wide variety of freshly cooked, delicious options. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Only 20 minute walk from Glasgow’s centre, the Alamo Guest House sits within the West End, close to Sauchiehall and Argyle Streets restaurants and bars. Everything. Location cannot be better, the suite was so comfortable and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. Most importantly the staff were so warm and helpful. Will return and recommend this guest house to friends!
